What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Bid Manager, you'll lead on complex, high-value bids that align with client expectations and showcase our capabilities. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to craft compelling proposals that stand out.

Your key responsibilities will include :
  • Leading the development of high-quality, client‑focused bids
  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to shape winning strategies
  • Defining win themes and aligning them with client needs
  • Creating and managing bid programmes and deliverables schedules
  • Working closely with the Senior Preconstruction Manager to agree on bid plans and timelines
What We're Looking For
  • Effective organisational and communication skills

  • Proven experience in developing bid strategies and delivering successful bids
