Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Risk, Regulation, and FinTech team. This role involves providing regulatory compliance advice, risk management solutions, and business transformation support to financial services clients. The successful candidate will work across various industry sectors, with a primary focus on financial services, helping clients navigate regulatory landscapes, enhance internal controls, and implement technology-driven solutions.

Job Duties
  • Delivering tailored services to clients to meet their risk, regulatory, and fintech needs.
  • Completing diverse assignments as part of a collaborative team.
  • Developing client project deliverables and contributing to proposal documents.
  • Building relationships internally and externally with senior client management teams.
  • Supporting leadership with business development and strategic initiatives.
  • Keeping up to date with regulatory developments in Jersey and Guernsey.
  • Assisting clients in improving business performance and responding to regulatory challenges.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years\' experience within financial services.
  • Knowledge of financial services regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technologically adept with a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing technical reports.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Advantageous qualifications include ACA/ACCA, CISI, ICA, ACAMS, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, CFA, or equivalent.
