• Lead on drafting and negotiating a wide range of non-contentious construction contracts, from JCT and NEC to bespoke agreements.
• Advise on complex development arrangements, due diligence and large-scale projects across diverse sectors.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, shaping their development and contributing to the growth of the practice.
• Play a visible role in business development and sector engagement, enhancing both your profile and the firm’s.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years’ PQE with significant non-contentious construction law experience.
• Strong knowledge of JCT, NEC, FIDIC and other standard forms, with the ability to handle bespoke agreements.
• Experience advising investors, developers, funders or housing and accommodation providers.
