The Team
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global People Operations Senior Associate to join our team in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in people operations, process improvement, global collaboration, and informal project management. You will play a critical role in optimizing and harmonizing people operations processes across regions, driving operational excellence, and leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance the employee experience and ensure compliance.
This role will partner cross-functionally to develop and maintain global strategies for employee onboarding, exit management, compliance, and workforce data administration.
