We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our hugely successful Clinical Negligence team in London.
Lead by Emma Doughty (Legal 500 rated Leading Individual), our team deals with a variety of complex cases that stem from misdiagnoses or failure to diagnose such as spinal injury, brain injury, along with surgical errors and incorrect treatment. Our team is highly ranked within Chambers and the Legal 500, whilst also winning individual awards for their work on high profile cases.
You will be required to run your own caseload which will include many high value, maximum severity cases, some of which are litigated cases. We are therefore looking for a technically strong lawyer, who can also demonstrate empathy and excellent interpersonal skills.
Some of the benefits listed above are subject to passing probation or are length of service related. Benefits may be adjusted/removed from time to time.
We will also support and encourage you with developing your career with an award-winning law firm. We run courses across our offices and are continuously monitoring and updating the learning and development offering based on what you tell us. We can support you with your continuous professional development by providing funding for professional qualifications, attending external training courses and providing you with a range of internal learning resources.
