Job summary

A reputable construction consultancy in Huddersfield is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to work on high-rise residential and new build housing projects. The role involves creating Revit models, producing working drawings, and liaising with contractors. Candidates should have proven experience in the High-rise Residential or Housing Sector, alongside proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD. Qualifications

• Experience in the High-rise Residential or Housing Sector.
• Full UK driving license required.
• Live within a commutable distance of Huddersfield.

Responsibilities

• Working on RIBA stages 2 to 6 on both new build and refurbishment residential schemes.
• Producing working drawings and specifications for multiple projects.
• Creating Revit models from concept design to construction.
• Liaising with contractors on-site and providing technical guidance.
• Attending and chairing client design meetings.

Technical detailing and knowledge

Strong interpersonal, communication and written articulation skills
