Job summary

An expanding architectural practice in Preston is seeking a talented Senior Architect to manage a variety of multidisciplinary projects. The ideal candidate will have strong post-qualification experience within a UK practice, be proficient in Revit, and have a thorough understanding of UK building regulations. • Lead commercial projects through all RIBA work stages.
• Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams.
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit.
• Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved.
• Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations.

Skills

ARB registered

Strong post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice

Proficient with Revit

Experience leading projects within the commercial sector
