A UK residency of 5+ years is required for DBS Enhanced & SC clearance.

Overview

Konker is working with a respected multi-disciplinary practice just outside Portsmouth to recruit a Senior Architect to help grow their architecture team.

This is a strategic hire, stepping into a leadership role within a team of 11, and overall 24 in the practice.

You ll mentor and manage Architects and Technicians, oversee project delivery, and ensure quality across a varied portfolio.

Projects span commercial, MOD, education, and healthcare, offering both technical challenge and people leadership.

Alongside managing the team, you ll stay hands‑on with delivery, reviewing and coordinating packages (mainly in AutoCAD, with some Revit).
