Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage functional and developmental activities related to income Tax, VAT, and RJSC matters for assigned business units, under the guidance of the Head of Taxation and Regulatory Affairs.
• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting, while maintaining strong relationships with relevant authorities through effective communication.
• Oversee compliance with licensing requirements necessary for business incorporation and operations, including E-TIN, BIN, Trade License, IRC, ERC, and FF License.
• Proactively assess taxation and regulatory practices within the Strategic Business Units (SBU) to identify opportunities for enhanced compliance.
• Implement strategic tax planning initiatives aimed at minimizing the tax liability of the Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
