Job description

The Senior Affiliates Marketing Manager will be responsible for CAVU's global Affiliate marketing program. Primarily responsible for the commercial performance of our key clients and global distribution brands which consist of 3 key UK airports, 2 UK distribution brands and 2 US distribution brands. There will also be an expectation to launch affiliate marketing for new and existing CAVU clients that aren’t currently running an affiliate programme. The role will drive group affiliate revenue to approximately £25 m over the next 5 years and manage media spend of around £11 m across the group during the same period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the global affiliate program for key clients and distribution brands.
  • Launch affiliate programmes for new and existing clients that aren’t currently running affiliate initiatives.
  • Grow group affiliate revenue to approximately £25 m over 5 years.
  • Manage media spend of approximately £11 m across the group over 5 years.
  • Ensure the group has maximum market exposure by continuously reviewing partners and negotiating higher-value tenancies with new and existing partners to drive growth.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure correct tagging, booking journeys and conversion tracking are implemented.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity to senior stakeholders within the business.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years managing affiliate programmes and campaigns across the UK, EU and USA.
  • Expertise with a variety of affiliate marketing platforms, preferably Partnerize and/or AWIN.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to tell clear and concise stories supported by data.
  • Experience analyzing market and business trends and presenting insights to the Head of Performance and broader business.
  • Experience managing multiple global programmes and driving multi‑million‑pound revenue.
  • Excellent knowledge of affiliate platforms and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Partnerize and/or AWIN or similar platforms; Google Analytics IQ desired but not essential.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask across multiple websites and projects.
  • Experience developing junior team members through detailed and clear performance development plans.
  • Commercially focused with a proven record of meeting or exceeding KPIs across large businesses.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other relevant software packages.
  • Strong interest in continuously learning about online marketing developments and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate performance to senior leadership.
