Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver advanced treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser therapies, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
  • Conduct thorough consultations, assessing clients' skincare needs and recommending personalized treatment plans.
  • Mentor and support junior aestheticians, fostering professional growth within the team.
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards in compliance with clinic protocols and health regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate cutting-edge treatments into practice.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Record client progress accurately, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet individual goals.
Minimum Experience & Skills
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Aesthetician in a high-end clinic or spa.
  • Strong expertise in advanced treatments and skincare products.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Sales experience is advantageous, with the ability to recommend products and services effectively.
  • Proficiency in health and safety regulations specific to the aesthetics industry.
Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 3/4 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
  • A valid UK aesthetician license or equivalent.
