This role is the heart of our service – the person who keeps the team connected, supported, and able to focus on delivering care to refugee and multicultural communities making a real difference in people’s lives every day.
You’ll support the Newcastle Refugee Health clinical service, assist Multicultural Health Liaison Officers, and provide key administrative support to Health Care Interpreters across the Hunter New England district.
You bring a positive and approachable attitude, treating every interaction with empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity. You genuinely enjoy making a difference and leading by example, and your previous experience in rostering, purchasing, and service support gives you the confidence to handle the day-to-day responsibilities with ease and care.
