A leading NHS trust in Doncaster is looking for a Senior Administrative Support Officer. This role entails providing comprehensive administrative support, maintaining high data quality standards, and supervising staff. Candidates should have experience with EPR systems and be willing to pursue a Level 3 apprenticeship qualification. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills while contributing to high-quality healthcare delivery.
The post holder will be aligned to a portfolio of the Care Group and will provide senior comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the clinical services. They will undertake day to day supervision of band 2 staff and liaise with the Administration Lead to ensure that high standards of data quality are achieved and maintained, as well as ensure Clinical Practitioners are proactively supported with service delivery. The post holder will be an EPR system super user. If you don't already have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject, RDaSH are offering this post alongside the opportunity to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship qualification relevant to your role. Apprenticeships provide an opportunity to gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain the tools needed to thrive, with regular training leading to a nationally recognised qualification.
