This independent acoustics and air quality consultancy offers a diverse range of projects for any budding acoustic professional to step into Senior level work. They are currently seeking a Senior Acoustic Consultant to assist with a diverse range of ongoing developments and a prestigious client base spanning the UK from large scale residential developments to industrial sites.

Qualifications

1. MSc/BSc Acoustics/Noise and Vibration

Experience

1. Commercial experience in acoustics consultancy
2. A proven track record in effective project and financial management
3. Highly organised and IT literate
4. Exhibit excellent communication skills
5. Ability to write fluent and intelligible reports, placing a high emphasis on accuracy and consistency
6. Personal experience of Noise Modeling using a recognized software package
7. Strong project and people management skills are essential

Duties

1. Architectural Acoustics
2. Building services noise control
3. Noise and Vibration monitoring and assessment
4. Acoustic modelling
5. Façade design to control external noise intrusion
6. Sound insulation and measurement
