Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure accounting processes are aligned with Latvian legislation and international financial reporting standards (IFRS);
• Full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping;
• Supervision and coordination of daily accounting operations;
• Preparation of reports for company management, the State Revenue Service (VID), the Central Statistical Bureau, and other relevant institutions;
• Actively participate in internal audits and contribute to process improvements;

Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics;
• Excellent command of English and Latvian (written and spoken);
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
• Excellent understanding of Latvian accounting and tax legislation;
• Strong computer skills (MS Office and accounting software);
• Ability to work under pressure, within a team, and with positive attitude toward innovation;
• High sense of responsibility;
