This role involves collaborating with the broader Distribution, Portfolio Underwriting, and Portfolio Management teams to execute Ki’s underwriting and distribution strategy. You will convert renewal and new opportunities, enhance Ki’s market position, and develop the Account Management function at Ki.
You will help define the target operating model for the Account Management team, develop new processes, and lead onboarding for new team members. Managing relationships with key brokers and stakeholders to maximize customer experience and business opportunities is also key.
