Overview

SF Recruitment have partnered with a brilliant, regionally focussed organisation in Central Birmingham, that are looking to recruit a Senior Account Manager on a permanent, hybrid basis.

Salary: up to £60k

Working pattern: full time, hybrid working

Responsibilities
  • Engage at C-Suite level within a corporate environment and manage 20+ client accounts from diverse sectors including business, professional and financial services, the built environment, digital and tech and advanced manufacturing.
  • Work with senior partners to develop bespoke strategic benefits packages, as well delivering standard rights packages across the wider PWM programme. This involves understanding organisations and their requirements for growth, understanding initiatives and connecting individuals across our extensive network.
  • Maintain high levels of engagement with all partners and ensure agreed benefits are delivered consistently and to agreed quality service levels.
  • Deliver ambitious commercial revenue targets whilst developing a long-term growth strategy for the programme.
  • Research, source and secure new partners aligned to regional growth sectors.
  • Line-manage Partnerships Manager, setting income and delivery targets and overseeing performance management objectives.
  • Support Head of Partnerships and SRM with analysis and business planning to evolve existing Programmes.
  • Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams as necessary (marketing, inward investment, tourism and other workstreams etc) to understand/source opportunities available to Partners and to coordinate PWM involved events and activities.
