An educational institution is looking for a SEND Transition Coordinator to join their Foundation Learning and Additional Learning Support team. The successful candidate will assess and plan tailored support for students with SEND, collaborate with schools and local authorities, and deliver training to staff. Applicants should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of SEND regulations, and relevant educational qualifications. Location: Shuttleworth College - Old Warden and Central Bedfordshire College - Kingsway Dunstable Campus
Salary/Benefits: Salary is between £30,915 and £41,085 per annum (DOE and qualifications). 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, people’s pension, retail and leisure discounts, excellent professional and personal development opportunities, accessing college courses.
Hours/Weeks: 37 hours per week – 52 weeks per year
Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time
