A local educational institution in the UK is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support students at the Primary Phase on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate should have experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and the ability to work with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. SEND Teaching Assistant (Level 2) - Hampton College Primary Phase

Due to securing additional funding we currently have a vacancy for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting students at the Primary Phase of the College on a temporary basis for the remainder of the academic year (2025/26). We will consider both full time and part time applications.

The ideal candidate must have experience of working with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) and have worked with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.

As part of your role as a Teaching Assistant you will be required to carry out 30 minutes of Midday Supervision per day, which is a great way to build positive relationships with all children.

Hours of Work

8.30am to 3.30pm (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)

Full time positions are 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a term time only basis
