To support our partner provisions, we are currently seeking experienced SEND Teaching Assistant (SEND TAs) to join our team. If you have experience working with children diagnosed with Autism/ASD, SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties), PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties), SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties), or ADD, we are confident we can help you find a rewarding and fulfilling role.

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:

• Level 3/ equivalent qualification in supporting teaching and learning
• Experience providing support on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A caring, patient, and nurturing approach
