Responsibilities

• Support learning as a Teaching Assistant with named individuals/small groups.
• Work on targets stated on the EHCP.
• Provide support to individuals and groups during their sessions.
• Contribute to the implementation of effective personal and social skills development.
• Develop positive relationships with parents, carers, and families.
