Job summary

A leading education support service in the UK is seeking SEN Learning Support Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across various educational settings. Humly is recruiting SEN Learning Support Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across primary and specialist settings in Blackpool.

These roles focus on helping pupils access education in a structured, supportive and inclusive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1 : 1 or small-group basis
  • Assisting with emotional regulation and engagement with learning
  • Following guidance from SENCOs and teaching staff
  • Supporting pupils inside and outside of the classroom
  • Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion
