SENDCO Needed, 3 Days a Week from January

Looking for a role where your SEND expertise genuinely shapes the school day? We're supporting an Ofsted Outstanding primary school that educators consistently tell us they love working in. It's welcoming, well organised, and the kind of place where your work truly lands.

They're looking for a skilled SENDCO to join them from January through to the summer term, working three days a week. You'll be stepping into a supportive environment where SEND is taken seriously and leaders genuinely value specialist input.

What you'll be doing

• Leading SEND provision with confidence and compassion
• Supporting staff with strategies that help every child thrive
• Working closely with families, external agencies, and the senior team
• Keeping EHCPs, provision mapping, and reviews running smoothly
• Bringing a calm, knowledgeable presence to a school that openly values SEN leadership
