Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking to make a real difference? We are seeking an enthusiastic Year 7 Class Teacher to join a warm, welcoming special school in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to support and inspire pupils working at KS2 level, helping them to grow in confidence and achieve their potential.

The school supports pupils aged 11-16 years with a diverse range of needs, including:

  • ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition)
  • MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties)
  • SLCN (Speech, Language and Communication Needs)

As the Year 7 Class Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, accessible lessons across a range of subject areas
  • Support pupils working at Key Stage 2 attainment levels
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs and learning styles
  • Create a safe, structured and encouraging classroom environment

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, and is ongoing on a weekly basis, offering stability and continuity for both you and the pupils.
