The Role: What You\'ll Be Doing

As a key member of our teaching staff, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a curriculum that is both challenging and accessible to all students. Your primary duties will include:

• Curriculum Design and Delivery: Planning and executing creative, differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
• Student Assessment: Continuously assessing and monitoring student progress, providing clear feedback, and adapting your teaching strategies to ensure every student reaches their full potential.
• Positive Behavior Management: Fostering a supportive and structured classroom environment, using positive strategies to manage behavior and promote emotional well-being.
• Collaborative Planning: Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other specialists to develop and implement holistic support plans (EHCPs) for students.
• Building Relationships: Communicating effectively with parents and guardians to build strong partnerships that support student learning both at school and at home.
