About the Role:

• Plan, deliver and adapt lessons to meet the individual learning needs of pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
• Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that promotes progress and independence.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
• Track and assess pupils’ progress, maintaining accurate records in line with school policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent).
• Experience teaching pupils with SEN in a mainstream or specialist setting.
• A creative and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
