EduTalent Group is proud to be working in partnership with a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in East Grinstead that is seeking passionate and creative teachers to join their team.

We are currently recruiting for Geography, ICT, and Science Teachers who are enthusiastic about supporting students with a range of learning needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a nurturing and supportive environment where every child's potential is valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Geography, ICT, or Science tailored to meet the diverse needs of SEN learners.
  • Differentiate instruction and adapt materials to support students with varying abilities and educational needs.
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other staff to deliver holistic support for students.
  • Assess, record, and report on pupils' progress in line with school policies.
  • Contribute to the wider school community and uphold its values and ethos.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching Geography, ICT, or Science (experience within SEN settings is highly desirable).
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to creating a positive learning environment for all students.
