Overview

SEN Teacher needed for a Specialist School in Uxbridge

TLTP are looking for a qualified SEN Class Teacher to work full-time at a Complex Needs School. The ideal candidate would have experience of working with pupils aged 7-19 with complex/severe and moderate learning difficulties. The setting is a specialist school based in Uxbridge.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding teaching and learning to pupils aged 7-19 with complex/severe and moderate learning difficulties.
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary classroom team and contribute to the wider curriculum and staff development.
  • Demonstrate commitment to safeguarding children and the development of both self and pupils.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop leadership skills and participate in performance appraisal processes, mentoring, and targeted CPD.
Requirements
  • QTS or QTLS.
  • Experience of working within a SEN environment.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and to the development of both the teacher and pupils.
