Fresh Start in Education are looking for experienced and person‑centred SEN Learning Support Assistants to work on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis with young people with learning, communication and sensory needs in their homes or other settings in the Oxford area.
This role involves planning and delivering communication, life skills and basic literacy and numeracy skills sessions in creative, practical and engaging ways on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis. The role will also involve emotional and behavioural support and knowledge of Makaton, PECS or other communication systems is desirable.
