We're looking for a proven 360° Recruitment Consultant to join Elite Office Professionals on a self‑employed, commission‑only basis. This is not your standard agency role — it's a business within a business. You'll earn 60% commission, keep full flexibility over your schedule, and enjoy the freedom to work your own way — without micromanagement, KPIs, or office politics. Because this role is commission‑only, your earning potential is significantly higher. The more you bill, the more you keep — it's that simple. We provide the brand, technology, CRM, virtual phone, and LinkedIn Recruiter license (after your first client closes). You bring the expertise, discipline, and hunger to succeed.

Requirements

• ✅ Minimum 2 years’ proven 360° recruitment experience (mandatory)
