What you will do

• Work as a recruiter within a Digital Market Place that feeds you job vacancies you are recruiting for.
• Access candidates beyond competitive methods, and share best practices and market insight.

Offer and Marketplace

• Job Acquisition – Competitive placement fees from 10-20%, focused on roles you are recruiting for.
• Candidate Acquisition – Access to Company LinkedIn Site, social presence, and website.

How it would work

• You are your own boss and are self-employed.
• You will earn 65% of the placement fee for every placement you make.
• Payment schedule: 50% payable after 45 days; 50% payable after 60 days.
