• Clean UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day maintenance, repair, and refurbishment tasks in both tenanted and vacant residential properties.
• Attend scheduled appointments for reactive repairs and planned works.
• Diagnose faults and complete works to a high standard across various trades.

Self-Employed Multi-Trader - Social Housing & Landlord Property Repairs

Location: East London, Barking & Dagenham

Employment Type: Self-Employed (CIS - UTR)

Pay: £50,000 - £55,000 per year (depending on volume and scope of work)

Work Type: Full-Time, In-person

Fraser Edwards is working in partnership with a well-established property management company to recruit a reliable and experienced Self-Employed Tradesperson. This is an ongoing contract role focused on carrying out responsive repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across occupied and void social housing and landlord-managed properties.

We're looking for skilled, self-motivated professionals to join our growing network of trusted tradespeople in East London, particularly in the Barking & Dagenham area.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day maintenance, repair, and refurbishment tasks in both tenanted and vacant residential properties
• Attend scheduled appointments for reactive repairs and planned works
• Diagnose faults and complete works to a high standard across various trades
• Ensure work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and customer service expectations
