Role Overview and Purpose

The Security Officer will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer service are maintained. The role involves acting as the public face of the security team, with professionalism and a proactive attitude essential. Main duties include:

• Delivering first-class guest-focused service.
• Working as part of a team to meet guest needs and support all departments.
• Conducting regular patrols and proactively assisting visitors.
• Managing incidents according to site policies and liaising with the control room.
• Monitoring human behavior and surveillance, logging incidents, and preventing unauthorized access.
• Adhering to radio procedures and working closely with environmental services to deliver seamless service.
