Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents, carry out regular patrols, provide a security presence and complete all security paperwork ensuring the safety of the client’s premises.
• Control access to entrances and ensure only authorised personnel are allowed to enter.
• Keep a log of all site activity and complete all site security paperwork to include incident reports, sign in/out sheets, patrol logs, daily logs and handover sheets.
• Provide regular high profile external and internal patrols.
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Prevent incidents and damage by providing a visual presence and reporting all incidents to the authorities.
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
