We are currently seeking a Secretary to join our growing team, in a part-time role based at our contemporary 95 The Promenade office. The successful candidate must have previous office experience in tasks such as diary management, organisation, coordinating meetings and experience formatting documents. This part‑time schedule (9:30 AM–2:00 PM) offers a great alternative to traditional full‑time hours, making it perfect for those seeking flexibility in their day.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset who enjoys supporting a busy team in a dynamic office environment.

What We’re Looking For
  • A minimum of 3 years of secretarial or administrative experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • A flexible, can‑do attitude with the ability to use initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the fee‑earning team regarding clients, meetings, and billing
  • Manage diaries effectively, arranging meetings and travel with forward planning
  • Deal with daily correspondence and provide general administrative support including proofreading and formatting reports
  • On‑board new clients and conduct AML checks
  • Maintain databases and support the coordination of team events and projects
  • Plan and organise team social events
