Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored interventions, small group teaching, and one-to-one support for students with a range of special educational needs.
Qualifications
  • Hold QTS/QTLS/PGCE with proven experience in SEN, inclusion, or learning support.
  • Skilled in delivering targeted literacy and/or numeracy support. A Level 5/7 SpLD qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills with a nurturing, student-centred approach.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and committed to supporting learners with a wide range of needs.
  • Confident in working collaboratively within a team and liaising with families.
