Qualifications

  • Experience with IT ticketing systems.
  • Basic networking knowledge.
  • Experience with EUC environments management.
  • Cloud platform experience, especially Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with video conferencing and telephony.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general IT support to end-users.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.
  • Deliver technical training to users.
  • Provide VIP support to stakeholders.
  • Act as local support for second and third-line colleagues.
  • Assist with IT security incidents.
  • Manage stock inventory of IT equipment.
  • Ensure timely management of service tickets.
