As a Second Chef in their Leamington Spa care home, you will have the opportunity to work with fresh seasonal produce, create nutritious and delicious menus, and contribute to a warm and welcoming environment for residents.
As a Second Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in developing and preparing seasonal, high-quality meals that meet the nutritional needs and preferences of the residents. You will have the chance to work with fresh ingredients, create appetising and wholesome dishes, and manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence. The role also involves engaging with residents to understand their dietary requirements and preferences, as well as maintaining HACCP standards and managing stock control.
