Qualifications

• Experience coaching in a watersports centre, including with children.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Available for the full season (May–October).

Responsibilities

• Support the Beach Manager with daily beach operations.
• Maintain high standards of service and guest care.
• Deliver windsurfing and dinghy instruction as qualified.
