Seasonal Temporary Warehouse Operative - Day shift (NOT DF/PRODUCTION)

Department: Distribution Warehouse   Employment Type: Full Time   Location: Poole - Nuffield Industrial Estate   Compensation: £12.25 / hour

Overview

THIS DEPARTMENT IS NOT DF OR PRODUCTION. Full time day shift: Monday - Friday 7am-3pm.

LUSH Cosmetics - A pioneering company with standards of excellence throughout. Their vision was born from foresight and a commitment to quality ingredients sourced from around the globe, offering vegan, organic and vegetarian raw materials for cosmetics. The warehouse team picks, packs & guarantees all orders for UK shops and export markets are fulfilled. You will be working at speed & with accuracy, maintaining strict deadlines, ensuring planning & preparation is a focal point enabling the smooth day to day running of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Picking orders for UK/Export markets
• Bulk pick for worldwide distribution hubs
• Use handheld scanners to pick
• Stock rotate as and when needed
• Pack/wrap pallets ready for distribution

What we are looking for

• Hardworking, enthusiastic individuals who possess a variety of skills which include:
• Good communication skills
• Able to work as part of a team
• Be organised & time efficient
• Self-motivated and able to use your own initiative
• Flexibility with working hours
• Be focused with a proactive attitude
• Walking & standing a minimum of 7 hours per shift
• Warehouse experience preferred but not essential
• Forklift experience is useful although not essential
