• Experience as a Pizza Chef or Chef de Partie specializing in pizza.
• Strong knowledge of dough preparation and pizza ovens.
• Experience in a high-volume professional kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh dough daily, ensuring consistent quality and readiness for service.
• Produce pizzas to a consistently high standard across our restaurants.
• Train and support other chefs in pizza skills to ensure quality and consistency across all kitchens.
• Maintain high standards of mise en place and section organisation.
• Cook and present pizzas with accuracy, creativity and attention to detail.
