We’re excited to welcome a Marina Support Operative to our friendly team at beautiful Chichester Marina. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll work shifts as part of a rota, including weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and some night duties.

What we’re looking for
  • Friendly and customer‑focused, with a positive, can‑do attitude.
  • Someone who enjoys working outdoors in a stunning marina environment.
  • A reliable team player, enthusiastic about learning new skills.
  • Flexible and happy to work a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Boating experience is a bonus, but not essential—we’ll provide full training.
