Job summary

A leading wildlife charity in Bridlington is looking for a Seasonal Fundraiser to inspire public support for conservation at Bempton Cliffs. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. The role offers flexible working hours ranging from 3 to 5 days per week. Ideal for those passionate about wildlife and looking to make a difference. The position is fixed-term until early September 2026.

Position: Seasonal Fundraiser Bempton Cliffs (Reserve-based)

Location: RSPB Bempton Cliffs Reserve (Bridlington, East Riding of Yorkshire)

Salary: £25,847.00 - £27,549.00 per annum

Contract: Until the end of August/Early September 2026

About Bempton Cliffs

Located on the stunning Flamborough Headland, just six miles from Bridlington, Bempton Cliffs is a breathtaking site of towering white chalk cliffs. From April to July, the cliffs come alive with puffins, gannets, and other incredible seabirds.

With over 100,000 visitors each year, Bempton Cliffs offers the perfect setting to connect people with nature and inspire them to support conservation through membership and fundraising.

This role is well suited to students or individuals seeking a recurring seasonal role each year.

What We Need from You

  • Confidence speaking with members of the public and working toward clear targets.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and often independently.
  • Availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends per month.
  • Fundraising, sales or customer service experience (desirable, not essential).
Additional Information:
  • Fixed-term, Until Early September 2026
  • The successful candidate will attend an in person induction and training at the HQ in Sandy, Bedfordshire (travel and accommodation expenses covered).
