Job description

Our Christmas Catering Assistants should be fully flexible to work 5 out of 7 days on earlies, middles and late shifts including weekends, on a 40 hour per week contract. No extensive holidays can be considered during seasonal contracts due to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain the appearance of the restaurant, including restocking tea, coffee etc
• Adhere to the agreed standards of table lay-up and MEP
• Provide attentive and prompt service
• React and deal with issues, complaints, breakages, spillages in a manner befitting the restaurant\'s ethos
• Communicate service related issues to the Manager
• To have knowledge of food items, ingredients and beverage items
• Serving food behind counter
• Demonstrate an authentic and passionate understanding of brand, menus and restaurant service
• Respond to any product query with an enthused and knowledgeable answer
• Ability to multi task and prioritise tasks
