A leading online pharmacy in the UK is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide its Agile teams. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to guide and support our cross-functional Agile teams across e-commerce, websites, mobile apps, clinical platforms, customer care, and fulfilment services.
As Scrum Master, you will be a servant leader and coach, enabling squads to deliver against an ambitious digital healthcare roadmap while maintaining quality, compliance, and alignment to our strategic goals. You will foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and self-organisation, ensuring our teams deliver high-value outcomes sprint after sprint.
