Our client is seeking a Scrum Master to help maximise customer value through strong Agile delivery. In this role, you’ll support multiple Scrum teams and work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Designers, and fellow Scrum Masters. Acting as a servant‑leader, you’ll foster collaboration, creativity, and transparency across the organisation.

What you’ll do

  • Coach teams on effective Scrum practices and help them stay focused on delivering outcomes
  • Empower teams to self‑manage and remove barriers that hinder progress
  • Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, and facilitate planning sessions and Scrum events within agreed timeboxes
  • Build positive relationships across teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Partner with other Scrum Masters to strengthen cross‑team alignment and promote broader organisational adoption of Agile ways of working
