Job description

We are looking for a good to outstanding classroom practitioner with the ability to deliver creative and innovative lessons to join our busy school. Proficiency in British Sign Language (BSL) or the willingness to start working towards Level 3 BSL as soon as practicable upon appointment is essential.

The successful applicant will benefit from a personalised CPD plan including sponsorship to achieve professional status as a Teacher of the Deaf with the option of continuing to achieve an MA.

Class sizes are small with good pupil to staff ratios. All teaching and learning is supported by an in-house team of multi-disciplinary experts including highly specialist speech and language therapy, Teachers of the Deaf and qualified, competent Education Assistants.
