A leading education provider in Twickenham is seeking a Science Facilitator to support the Science team in practical lessons. The role involves preparations for engaging science activities and directly assisting students in classrooms. Ideal candidates will have proven practical science skills and a passion for educating young people. Work is term-time based, 36 hours per week, during 42 weeks of the year.

Overview

We are looking to recruit a Science Facilitator. The post holder will work with both lecturers and students of Chemistry, Biology and Physics. The post holder will actively help drive the subject both within and outside of the curriculum to make science engaging, stimulating and valued. The role involves supporting and assisting the Science team in practical lessons and set up, to ensure the students can maximise their practical time and achieve the highest possible results.

Richmond upon Thames College is part of the Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge College Group and is one of London’s most successful Further Education Colleges providing education and training to 16-19 year olds and adults from across Richmond, London and Surrey, for over 80 years.
