A nonprofit educational organization is seeking a proactive Schools Coordinator in London to ensure effective onboarding of schools for a unique educational initiative. The position requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, as the coordinator will handle inquiries, coordinate bookings, and cultivate strong relationships with schools. This full-time role allows for hybrid working arrangements and is set to end on March 31, 2027.
We are looking for a proactive, positive and team-oriented Schools Coordinator to work within our busy and fast-paced team. We are proud to have recently been identified as delivery partner for the Department for Education’s “Supporting Survivor Testimony in Teaching” contract. Your priority area will be to ensure the effective and timely onboarding of schools who have registered to take part in this initiative, ensuring a seamless and efficient user journey and maximum participation.
Full‑time contracted role, ending 31st March 2027. Based in our Central London office with hybrid working available in line with organisational policy.

Over the course of our history, the Trust has delivered innovative, meaningful learning experiences and educational programmes which reach over 100,000 young people each year, teaching them about what the Holocaust was and its relevance today. Our schools’ programmes include the Outreach/Survivor speaker programme; Lessons from Auschwitz Project; Youth Advocacy/Ambassador Programme; Testimony 360: People and Places of the Holocaust; and Teacher Training.
