Our client is currently seeking a cheerful and professional School Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis in Penarth.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting and assisting visitors with a warm smile.
  • Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
  • Maintaining an organised reception area and managing incoming mail.
  • Assisting in administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Providing information to students and parents about our programmes and services.
  • Collaborating with staff to support daily school operations.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within an educational or charitable setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
